- Place all of the ingredients into a food processor fitted with the S-blade and process for 30 seconds or until you reach the consistency you're happy with.
- Serve immediately or set aside at room temperature. If refrigerated, you may wish to warm up your mashed cauliflower and parsnips slightly in a pan over low heat before serving.
