Rochelle Bilow is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute, the former social media manager at Bon Appétit Magazine and Cooking Light Magazine. She has also worked as a cook on a small farm in Central New York, and a Michelin-starred restaurant in New York City. Her articles about cooking, eating, and farming have been published in a variety of national publications.
Rochelle is working on a cookbook as well as a novel about Scotland, whisky, and love. Her first book, a memoir, The Call of the Farm, was published under The Experiment in 2014.
