These mouthwatering lamb chops are marinated in a red wine vinegar and rosemary marinade and grilled hot and fast. A great way to prepare lamb.
- Place lamb chops in resealable plastic bag. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over lamb. Gently work marinade all over chops, release excess air from bag and seal. Allow chops to marinade in refrigerator for 3-5 hours.
- Preheat grill for high heat. Remove chops from marinade and place on grill rack. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side, making sure to watch for flare ups.
- Once cooked through (145 degrees for medium rare, 155 for medium, 165 for well done), remove from heat and allow to rest five minutes covered before serving.
