Salmon Croissant Sandwiches are so simple but are fancy enough to serve at a luncheon. Use your favorite veggies in this easy recipe.

What You'll Need

  • 1 (14-ounce) can sockeye salmon, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 orange bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • Mixed lettuce leaves
  • 6 large croissants, split

How to Make It

1. In​ a medium bowl, combine salmon, mayonnaise, mustard, and cheese and mix gently.

2. Stir in bell pepper and celery.

3. Make sandwiches by lining the croissant halves with lettuce and piling on the salmon filling. Serve immediately.
