Sam spent the first five years of her career in Marketing before making the leap to follow her true passion: food. After graduating from the Natural Gourmet Institute, Sam started her culinary career as a prep cook at Busy Bee Organics, eventually working her way up to head baker. Wanting to showcase her work, Sam picked up food photography and now recipe develops and photographs for some of the top food brands while writing about her favorite cooking and baking tools.
