Sarah's easy pork chop recipe is made with just a few ingredients, and you probably have them on hand. Enjoy these simple pork chops with mashed potatoes and green beans or your favorite side vegetables.
Use condensed cream of celery, cream of mushroom, or cream of chicken soup.
Gather the ingredients.
Mix flour, salt, mustard, and garlic salt and dredge the chops with the mixture. Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the chops on both sides.
Place the browned chops in the slow cooker and add the soup. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. You can add more soup if you want more gravy. Good over rice or noodles.
