- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup vinegar (red wine)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced and pressed)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley (fresh minced)
- 2 teaspoons basil (fresh minced)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
