  • 1 large can (28 to 29 ounces) peach slices (drained)
  • 1 can (8 to 16 ounces) pineapple tidbits with natural juices (undrained)
  • 1 large can (28 to 29 ounces) pear slices (drained)
  • 1 can (15 ounces) mixed chunky fruit
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries (drained)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Steps to Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker; stir gently.

  2. Cover and cook on LOW for about 4 to 6 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours.

  3. Serve with heavy cream or a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
