To begin, make the chocolate chip cookie layer. In a large bowl combine the package of chocolate chip cookie mix, 1/2 cup of softened unsalted butter, and one egg. Mix well until moistened and combined.
Press the chocolate chip cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
For the Oreo cookie layer, place the Double Stuf Oreo Cookies on top of the chocolate chip cookie dough. In order to cover the entire surface, you might need to cut some of the Oreo cookies in half when your reach the end. Save any remaining cookies from the package for garnish when serving.
Next, prepare the fudge brownie layer. In a large bowl combine with package of fudge brownie mix with the vegetable oil, water, and eggs. Mix well until moistened and combined.

To cut, lift the foil out of the pan and slide the brownies out on to a cutting board. Cut into 30 brownies.
