Chunks of beef are marinated in Spanish sweet paprika, garlic, and oil, then grilled on the barbecue. After cooking, drizzle with a zesty dressing over the top. Simple and easy, but oh so tasty!

Steps to Make It

  1. Gather the ingredients.

  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic and parsley. Place the beef cubes in a glass or ceramic bowl. Sprinkle paprika on top and add garlic, parsley, and olive oil. Mix thoroughly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, and up to 3 hours.

  3. After marinating beef, thread onto metal skewers, leaving space between the cubes. Grill on a hot barbecue, turning often to cook evenly.

  4. To make the dressing, beat the paprika, vinegar and oil with a wire whip to blend thoroughly.

  5. Remove the kabobs from barbecue when beef is cooked. Place on plates and drizzle dressing on top. Sprinkle rosemary on top. Serve with rice.
