  • 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) sugar

  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) Tabasco

  • 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup (240 milliliters) ketchup

  • 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) celery salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 milliliters) cayenne

  • 2 cups (475 milliliters) beef broth

  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) cornstarch

Steps to Make It

  1. Gather the ingredients.

  2. Cut the tips off the turkey wings and discard. Split turkey wings and set aside.

  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan.

  4. Add onion and sauté until lightly brown.

  5. Add mustard, sugar, vinegar, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, celery salt, cayenne and 1 1/2 cups/360 ml of the beef broth. Bring to a boil.

  6. In a small bowl, combine the remaining beef broth with the cornstarch.
