1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce, more to taste

1 clove garlic, minced
-
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
-
1 pinch salt
Steps to Make It
-
Combine ketchup, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, white vinegar, garlic, black pepper, and salt a small bowl. Use right away if burgers are cooked, or cover with plastic wrap and place into the refrigerator until ready to serve burgers. Mixture will stay good for up to 3 days after preparation if stored covered in refrigerator.
-
Cook bacon right before burgers go on the grill. Fry to desired crispiness and set onto a plate lined with paper towels Let them drain while burgers are cooking.
-
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Gently combine ground beef with sriracha sauce. Form ground beef mixture into 6 equal sized patties. Season with salt and black pepper and place onto a well oiled grill grate. Cook burgers for 6-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. During the last minute or two off cook time, place havarti sliced onto patties and grill until cheese is melted. Remove cooked patties from grill and let rest for 4-5 minutes.
-
To assemble: place lettuce and tomato on bottom bun. Add burger patty. Top with sriracha sauce, 1-2 slices of bacon each, and the top bun to finish it off. Serve with a nice creamy potato salad, steak fries, or coleslaw.
