All of these wonderful and delicious recipes start with a specific food ingredient that is easy to store, and forms the basis for building a delicious and nutritious meal (or dessert) for your family.

Most of these recipes add just a few more ingredients, so if you have, for instance, a pound of ground beef in the fridge or freezer, you can make Crockpot Chili or Pesto Burgers. Have some bread on hand? Make Mock Cheese Soufflé or Baked Grilled Cheese Pesto Sandwiches. There are recipes for cheese, broccoli, peanut butter, cereal, bread, canned pineapple, canned tuna - just about every food you can think of.
