As far as the nutrition info below, you could divide this recipe into 4 servings instead of 2, giving you less, but then all the numbers here will be half what you see. So if you need to lower your carbs, divide this into 4 servings and the Net Carbs will just be 4 grams. If you can't find pumpkin pie spice, simply use 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.
- 2 cups Homemade sugar-free dairy-free vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
