Tarragon Mustard Aioli Recipe

This tarragon mustard aioli recipe can be used on everything from steamed vegetables and roasted chicken to a thick grilled steak. The other great thing about this classic cold sauce recipe, is it only takes a few minutes to make. It can also be adapted to your tastes with different herbs and spices.


What You'll Need

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small clove garlic (crushed and finely minced)
  • 1 tablespoons ​tarragon (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons ​Dijon mustard
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

How to Make It

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.

2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to blend the flavors, or up to two days.

3. Serve the aioli chilled.
