To Die For Burger

Finely chopped garlic and onion built right into the burger patty and topped with spicy red peppers, red onion and cool avocado. This burger is loaded with flavor and perfect for cookouts and tailgating.

What You'll Need

  • 1 pound (450 g) ground beef
  • 1/2 cup (120 mL) minced onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressedMontreal Steak Seasoning
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers
  • 4 large onion rolls

How to Make It

1. Preheat grill for high heat. Mix together ground beef, minced onion and pressed garlic. Form into patties and sprinkle with Montreal Steak Seasoning.

2. Grill patties 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking.

3. To serve: Place hamburger patties on an onion roll and top with red onion, lots of roasted red peppers, and avocado slices.
