Todd has seen every side of the media and food world—behind the lens, on the page, and beyond. He has been everything from executive food editor at Saveur and creative director at Tasting Table to producer at the Food Network and shooter-writer-editor for everything from travel stories to cookbooks. He’s also an Instagram star (with over 100,000 followers!) He co-founded the NYC-base creative agency Delicious Contents which worked with such top-shelf clients as Chobani and Haagen Dazs, and was a chef instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education, an editor at Martha Stewart’s Everyday Food and the digital director for At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy in Singapore.
Todd received an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America in Upstate New York.

What food or drink are you?

What food trend would you like to forget?
I don’t like to forget any trends. If we don’t remember, we’ll be bound to repeat all of the mistakes lol.
What's the first legit recipe you cooked?
A casserole called Chicken Caliente, which had a creamy base of canned chicken, tomatoes, Trinity, chili powder and mayonnaise and a crunchy topping of corn chips (aka Fritos).
Who eats what you make?
Myself, my daughter, my girlfriend, who is an amazing cook herself.
Family fun fact?
I’m an Airforce brat. I spent 1st through 7th grade in Germany.
