- 1 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
- 1 pinch dill
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar

- 1.5 tbsp. homemade guilt-free "ranch" dressing
- 1 whole grain wrap
- 1/2 small avocado
- 2 tbsp. cherry tomatoes
- 2 slices low sodium bacon, cooked

In a small bowl, combine greek yogurt, dill, garlic powder, salt, pepper and rice wine vinegar and stir until all the ingredients are incorporated into a creamy dressing.

Wrap the wholegrain wrap in tinfoil and put in a hot oven to warm.
Remove from heat, open up, and add half of a mashed avocado. Add the cooked bacon and drizzle with ranch. Top with tomatoes and roll up or eat it like a taco.
