New Year's Eve is the most festive night of the year. You can celebrate it in many ways: quietly at home, out at a restaurant, club, or party (at home or away)! These recipes are great to serve; combine appetizers, desserts, and some buffet items to make a fabulous spread. People can eat when they want and as much as they want!

Just be sure to keep an eye on the time. After two hours, rotate all the perishable foods to keep them safe. Set your buffet table with nice linens, candles (electric or real), and flowers.
