Tracy has been obsessed with food her whole life. Even as a child, she was always hungry and asking for food. In 2010 she moved to NYC, channeling her hunger into drive and passion, and the rest is history.
Tracy Wilk began her culinary journey working at the James Beard award-winning pastry department of ABC Kitchen, as well as filling donuts at Flex Mussels. She later became the Executive Pastry Chef at David Burke Kitchen, being recognized by FSR Magazine as 40 under 40 Rising Stars. Since 2018, Tracy has been teaching as the Lead Recreational Instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education. Tracy co-founded Chefs de Partie in 2020, as well as the global baking movement #BakeItForward.
