Ubish Yaren born and raised in México. He is a former sous chef specializing in Mexican food with a huge passion to show and share the importance of Mexican food for the world.
Ubish started his culinary career at 15, taking basic cooking classes. At 18 he was working full time in the restaurant industry, becoming a sous chef at 23. At the invitation of the Mexican Embassy he traveled to New Zealand and Guyana to show the importance of Mexican food.
He then worked in the food tourism industry, showing the richness of Mexican street food to international travelers, cooks, and chefs from all over the world. Ubish also hosts a podcast, Culinaria Nacional.
Ubish studied and worked at the Mexican Gastronomy School for five years.
