These vegan chocolate spice cookies are similar to a molasses or a gingerbread cookie but with just a hint of cocoa for a chocolate flavor. Infused with spices we attribute to the holiday season, including ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg, these vegan cookies are great for Christmas. But if you are a fan of molasses cookies, then you will want to bake these delicious cookies throughout the year.

These chocolate spice cookies come out chewy on the inside, crunchy on the outside for a delectable and tummy satisfying treat. Just know that the dough needs to chill for an hour before baking. Then enjoy the delicious smell wafting through your home while these cookies are baking in the oven. Make up a double batch so you can share with your friends and family, or freeze for later.

These vegan cookies are a perfect snack in the afternoon or goodie in the evening after dinner.
