1 1/2 cups granola
1/3 cup vegan margarine, melted
1 teaspoon sugar
Gather the ingredients.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Process granola in a blender or food processor until fine. Add melted vegan margarine and sugar. If the mixture is still crumbly, add a bit of water, just a little bit at a time.
Press crumbs into a pie pan.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes, or until crust is browned and firm.
