With just a few simple ingredients, this recipe for a dairy-free vegan Irish coffee is the perfect end to your meal or the perfect start for a lively evening! Try a vegan Irish coffee to go along with your non-dairy vegetarian St. Patrick's Day celebration, or anytime you need a warming pick-me-up. After all, just because we're vegan, doesn't mean we can't have caffeine and whiskey!

- 2/3 cup coffee (strong brewed, hot)
- 2 tbsp. Irish whiskey
- 2 tsp. raw sugar
- Optional: vegan whipped cream or whipped topping
Gather the ingredients.
