An easy Italian salad dressing recipe made from garlic, mustard and lots of Italian herbs including tarragon and marjoram - use fresh herbs, if you have them on hand. This easy vegan Italian dressing recipe would be perfect over a vegetarian pasta salad.

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. dried tarragon
- 1 tsp. dried marjoram
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 tbs. red wine vinegar
- Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a tight lid.
- Shake the jar well and let stand for one hour at room temperature, then chill.
- Shake well before serving.
