An easy Italian salad dressing recipe made from garlic, mustard and lots of Italian herbs including tarragon and marjoram. Use fresh herbs, if you have them on hand. This easy vegan Italian dressing recipe would be perfect over a vegetarian pasta salad.
Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a tight lid.
Shake the jar well and let stand for one hour at room temperature, then chill.
Shake well before serving.
