What You'll Need

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine (softened)
  • 2 Tbsp. soy milk
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)

  2. Beat in the soy milk and lemon juice.
  3. Stir in the lemon rind.
