  • 4 Smart Deli vegetarian ham slices
  • 1 leaf green leaf lettuce
  • 1 slice tomato
  • Optional: 1/4 avocado (thinly sliced)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard (or honey mustard salad dressing)
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread

Steps to Make It

  1. Spread honey mustard on one slice of bread, then place two slices of vegetarian ham (or another vegetarian deli meat) on top.

  2. Add lettuce, then place another two slice of deli meat on top.
